運用標準化的開放銀行規格，打造便利金融服務。
開放銀行第二階段服務：係指在消費者同意的前提下，透過財金公司標準化之開放應用程式介面（Open API），提供第三方服務提供者（TSP業者）串接消費者金融往來資訊API，合作打造更多元、更貼近消費者之應用場景，提供消費者取得更即時、便利之金融服務。
第二階段「消費者資訊查詢｣API提供：
- 存款帳戶餘額及明細、信用卡帳單等資訊。
- 注重安全性及合規，依循技術標準及安控規範，共創便利的個人金融服務。
