運用標準化的開放銀行規格，打造便利金融服務。
開放銀行第一階段服務：係指透過財金公司標準化之開放應用程式介面（Open API），提供第三方服務提供者（TSP業者）串接銀行非交易面金融產品資訊API，合作打造更多元、更貼近消費者之應用場景，提供消費者取得更即時、便利之金融服務。
第一階段「公開資訊查詢｣API提供：
- 即時匯率資訊、臺外幣存款利率。
- 存款、貸款、信用卡、基金等銀行重點商品資訊。
- 分行據點、自動櫃員機等服務據點資訊。
